Staff longevity says a lot about a financial institute or any business. Not only has there been a constant revolving door of tellers, but also management at this bank. For a while I was always welcomed by name and it was common for Managers to step out and see how I was along with my family, giving my experience a special touch. The recent revamped staff are not only unwelcoming, but rude in their services.
