This review is for the Starbright Touchless Car Wash side of the business. I paid $12 for "The Best Wash" and it was by far the worst touchless car wash job that I have ever seen so far. It did not look any better than if someone had stood there for five minutes and ran a garden hose over the entire car. The sides of the car were covered with muddy silt that had run down from the car. I'm not talking about just a little streets here and there but the entire side panel is covered with a muddy haze. I will not be taking my business back to this establishment and I cannot recommend it to anyone else either.
I went here this morning because someone egged my truck last night. After paying $8 for the car wash I discovered it didn't get the egg cleaned off and there was still dirt on my truck too. Wasted money for sure.
It is a touchless system. Cleaned everything except for my wheels.
Got car oil changed and paid $5.00 extra dollars for a car wash. Receipt says it I paid for it. What happened to free car wash???... RIP-OFF...Scammers!!! I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to use the car wash that I "paid for in the time they said it expired" What don't they get, the "I PAID FOR" part do they not understand???? If they say they lube you chassis, don't buy it. I have never seen anybody there use a grease gun!!! It's used to lube the chassis... tie rods, ball joints, steering components anything with a zurk grease fitting!!!...
Yesterday, I decided to spring for "The Best" $12 car wash, since I figured winter might finally arrive in the near future. I hadn't been to your car wash in quite awhile--not since I had my oil change during the summer months. I saw that you had installed a new kind of car wash, since then. Sadly, I got anything BUT "The Best" car wash...I didn't notice it until I came out of Krogers where I went right after going through the wash. It's as if entire sections of my car were missed by the spray jets. And a hazy film was left in two stripes along both sides of my car and included a poor job of washing the back liftgate. I have had nothing but good experiences with your oil change/car wash operation in the past and wondered what happened? I just know that I am out $12 and that I may have to resort to a quick hand wash during a 40 degree day.
