Showed up for my scheduled appointment today and there was a sign on the door that the office is closed every Friday this month. Went to a different area and called the on call number and nobody new what I was talking about and my appointment was still on the schedule. Needless to say they are not going to like my phone call on Monday.
The experience here is poor. My wife gets reschedule all the time. They call a week before her appt. and reschedule. Dr. Sullivan himself is great. The staff is the problem. I do not recommend them unless they get there staff in check.
Dr Sullivan is great he delivered my youngest and cared for me during and after my pregnancy 7 years ago but the office itself has gone down hill since I have tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment I never get an answer when I call n have not received a call back! I had to change drs because I really needed to be seen. Which is a bummer because I trusted dr Sullivan and felt confident in him. However it doesn’t matter how good the dr is if you can’t ever get in to see them they aren’t going to do you any good!
