Ordered in April and was supposed to be 6 weeks for delivery. Finally received on Aug 28....4 months after ordering.
They did try to make restitution in the form of an additional 10% off my purchase...honestly had I found something else I liked I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere after 3 months passed.
I have shopped at Connell's for years. Never had a bad experience.
Staff is friendly when you talk to them but they never follow up as they say they will. I always had to call them back to find out anything even though we were told we would receive a call from them.
