I have used this company 5 times in the past few years. Johns employees are very professional and polite. I would take the few bad comments I read with a grain of salt, 5 times and each experience has been equally the same if not better, so if they are that bad then I would like to know how they've been so consistent with us!?! I would highly recommend this company for your next move, they're very honest and reasonable.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE...I was promised a 26' truck and three movers for a job that was supposed to take 4-6 hours. My wife and I moved ALL of the boxes from the house the night before to expedite the process. The movers arrived fifteen minutes late with a pick-up truck and a 15' trailer. They took OVER NINE HOURS (the travel time to the new house was only 25 minutes) to load and unload two truckloads. I had a few more things to get at my former home, but elected to use my own vehicle to get the rest of the items. If you are thinking about using this company...rent your own truck and ask a few friends to help! I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau as well.
Absolutely terrible company. They were supposed to arrive Wednesday, didn't show up till Friday, then blamed it on us. Loaded up what they felt like taking, and left everything else for us to deal with. When you pay a crew of people almost a thousand dollars to move your stuff, you expect them to move ALL of it. This is the worst moving company I've ever had to deal with, and I'll make sure to spread the word about how terrible you people are.
Excellent Service! Outstanding prices-they moved me from Mt Vernon to Cleveland. They handled everything professionally & efficiently. They are wonderful & I highly recommmend them. Wonderful people!
I hired this company to move my Parents. They were amazing! Well staffed. Kind. Professional VERY Experienced and VERY well priced! If you need a mover in the Mt. Vernon area, don't waste your time calling anyone other than Graves! A+!!
