I live right by the park and know that place like the back of my head... for me it never gets old, especially off trail. Love the secret beauty spots and the gorgeous view of overlook... They really had worked their tail of to improve this place...
The fenced dog park is really nice. Good nice grass, a roofed shelter, and a wooded area. Friendly culture.

Hiking trails are nice, too, but the signs are sort of confusing/rare. I got turned around once when I was new to the park, and I've had to point more than one person toward the way out.
Map and signs are not as accurate or helpful as they could be. Would be good to have some "you are here" arrows. Overlook wasn't as impressive as some of the views from the edge of the park back the other direction. But I did get 6 miles of walking in someplace new, the birds were singing and the weather was nice. Also appreciated that the dog area was fenced in so I could walk in the trails while the dogs were in their own area.
Overall a pleasant place to visit. Trails and bridges were well-maintained and it was a nice little hike.
