This place is a joke. I would rate this place 0 if I could. The maintenance guy is rude and disrespectful and management don't do nothing but takes his side. I've waited three months for certain things to be fixed in my apartment and all we get is we are waiting on the parts to come in. Which is bs. We have no running water in our bathroom sink for two weeks now and no ice maker because the hose broke and water everywhere and all in the wall and all in my carpet. All we get is nothing. I think we will just call the Better Business Bureau and see what they say about. I would not recommend this place to anyone. All they are is a big headache.. For what we pay to live here there should be better service. If your smart don't move here.
I lived in these apartments for little over 2 years the apartments themselves are nice but Crystal the manager is rude and never in the office. The website says sparkling pool well in the 2 years I never seen it sparkle it was always cloudy and dirty and was only supposed to be used by park hill tenants and their guest but everyone at the arbors would use it and trash the pool area. People let their dogs go to the bathroom any where they wanted and never picked up after themselves. They are supposed to have snow removal and they never really kept up with it. The side walks were always icy and never cleaned. When something brakes down it takes for ever for maintance to fix because maintenance has to sit in the office because the manager is never there. When you do have a problem and go the manager she is snippy and rude and unhelpful. The last week of me renting managment would constantly send me emails asking what day I would be out because they wanted to paint. Legally I don't have to be out till last day of the month as I payed rent there that month. The outside is never taken care of and trash lay every where. I would not recommend these apartments souly on the manager. Who ever owns these places should probably look into why no one wants to renew their leases.
I have been living at parkhill apartments for over ten years.Cystal and Jerry are doing the best they can with what little help they have.I recommend before you move in have maintenance clean the construction debrea from the cold air return and replace air filter every three months.in the winter months use a humidifier to add moisture to the air.Also twice a day use a window fan in window to refresh air.Crystal if your reading this you know who I am do yourself and Jerry a favor and hire another maintenance person and keep up the good work and smile better days are coming.
so far it seems good, only apartment that allows pets that is good. looking at the reviews it seems like the old manager was bad but the one here now is good. I would recommend that you live here if you need a place with pets.
The apartments are nice, but the management is hard to deal with. They're slow to respond to customers, and are HARD to get in contact with. These apartments are one of the better ones in town because of the nice location and nice apartments, though.
