So who ever did the grooming looks like they rushed it. They cut the beard off and shaved the skirt and you can see clipper lines on her back.
we have been getting good services there but the groomer that normally grooms our dogs was out on maternity leave.

The dogs weren't ready till 3:30 and we told them we would be there a few minutes after 4 and the lady on the phone was making it real clear they close at 4:00and we had to be there before 4:00 . We showed up 2 minutes after 4 not knowing if we could pick up our dogs. They were still there and we were able to get the dogs. The lady's at the desk need to remember without customers there is no need for employees. They need to work on customer service.
Their care and compassion with regard to our dogs' last hours was beyond reproach. The vets and staff at this facility are top notch. I would highly recommend Mt Vernon Animal Hospital.
Tried several times mid day to call and make an appt. for my dog . Even though this place has some bad reviews , I still was willing to give them a shot . No one answered the phone at all ... so looks like this experience was over before it began . Screw these fools
All these ladies were great with my bubba dog. I love how they made over bubba. They were all super nice. I am going continue my services here
