Can't say enough about the staff here. Although we only had our dog a short time before he was hit by a car and had to be put down. The staff here was wonderful through the whole experience. Prices are lower than anywhere else I have been in the past. Very caring and compassionate group of people there to help in any way they can. Special shout out to sherry for making one of the worst moments of my life as pleasant as she could.
Office staff is efficient, compassionate and very friendly. Dr. Price and Dr. Page are the best. They are both super with all my pets!
Dr. Price has been our family vet since I was little and we lived in Fredericktown. I can't imagine a more compassionate and caring veterinarian.
My dog was a patient here for the last 3 or 4 years, when she became very sick I called them to have her seen, they could not get her in that day so I called ths next morning to have her seen they stated they could see her at 10:45 then stated the Dr only had a 15 min slot open so they refused to see her. I had to take her to another vet who did not know her or have any information about her. So much for caring about their own patients. I won't go back and I'm definitely NOT recommending them to any one. I have been sharing my horror story about them to everyone I know. If you care about your pets take them to someone who really cares, Definitely Not this place.
Town & Country simply put is amazing. If you want a no hassle, easy on the wallet visit to a Vet that you can trust and count on to be legitly concerned and passionate about the treatment of your fury family member /s -- Then Town & Country IS without a doubt the one and only place for you.
