Sara, Nicki and Christy are down to Earth, polite and a blast to have as instructors!! I can not say enough positive things about this place. I am in love with the touch of aromatherapy at the end of an energizing and refreshing yoga class. The team mentality during sculpt and constant interaction with the instructor is motivational. Atmosphere is wonderful. Theses ladies know what they are doing and always have a modification that fits your needs!!!
