It is evident that he takes great pride in the YMCA of Mount Vernon, and ensuring members have the best experience possible is of the utmost importance. In addition the YMCA offers an array of options including childcare, fitness classes, a pool with aquatic classes and much more, all at a great rate!
I frequent many gyms and this Y is one of my favorite places to work out. It's cleaner than most other gyms, the staff is friendly and helpful, their fitness classes are good and the additional perks, like youth sports and child care, are something you won't find anywhere else. For the biggest bang for your buck, the YMCA is the place to be if you're looking to live a healthy lifestyle.

Absolutely love your gym. Best in town. But being a student and working full time leaves the weekends as the most opportunistic time to get my gym work out in. You guys should open for a few hours on sundays in the summer.
