Love love love it, I would recommend this for weight loss or just getting back in shape. Workouts are challenging but fun and I never leave without sweat dripping...

This place is AWESOME each day is different, starting and ending with valuable stretching, warmup and wind down. The folks that attend are friendly and I feel right at home here!
